Beginning in October 2022, children began returning to school in Dib Bahir. But the buildings and furniture suffered significant damage during the conflict. SFI is again partnering with nearby LimaLimo Lodge to provide additional desks and benches and to repair windows, electrical wiring and fixtures and repaint as needed. SFI is also providing funds for replacement recreational equipment such as soccer balls, volleyballs, and a volleyball net. The hope, of course, is that the peace holds.
