SFI sponsored a team from the organization Operation ASHA, based in New Delhi, India, to meet with the TB control team in Thimpu, Bhutan, to consider the implementation of OpASHA’s award winning eCompliance technology. This technology has been successfully adopted in a number of areas of India as well as in Cambodia. In addition, the technology has been replicated in Uganda, Kenya and the Dominican Republic. Ultimately the Bhutan team decided against initiating a pilot program, but SFI will continue to consider other countries where eCompliance might play an important role.
